I imagine he can easily get a ticket for that, lol, the cops tried to give one of my friends a ticket when he crashed going 120 on a snowmobile beside the interstate..however he wasn't actually on the interstate so some how avoided any tickets, but didn't avoid a few broken bonees

State of emergency has been declared where I am and that means snowmobiles can legally be driven upon public roadways other than thruways and interstates. THe speed would be an issue, but that's about it.

As an avid snomobieler I can attest that this is a ton of fun. Only problem is the cops can just follow your tracks right back to you. but like you said in another reply if it's legal when in a state of emergency I would ride every where.

No. I was a little pissed off yet laughing at the situation at the same time. Made me wanna get one and take it to an empty snow covered field for hooning. Then again with my luck I could see something like this happening.....
